About Us

Discover the secret that every great scrapbooker, cardmaker, memory-keeper and mixed media artist knows. Whether you are new to the process or have already discovered the joy and flexibility inherent in a varied stash of inspiring supplies, Gauche Alchemy is here to feed your art and soul – a friendly push from your personal muse!

Gauche Alchemy, brain child and passion of co-owners Amy Wing and Heather Dollak, specializes in kits full to the brim of fabulous finds and artistic goodness. If your addiction is vintage ephemera, found objects, beautiful fabric, trendy paper, or unique embellishments, we’re here to enable you – oh yeah! Our kits are designed to make you laugh, question social convention, and remind us of our past (the good, the bad, the whimsical – even the downright kitschy).

Each kit is designed to jostle your creativity with unique tid-bits, coordinated colors and delicious textures. If you are unaccustomed to working with our unique offerings, GOOD! Our goal is to encourage different ways of thinking about the art all around us. We are big fans of “upcycling” and hope to encourage others to join us on our path to “recycle, reuse, repurpose!”

If you’d like to request a particular theme, we’ll do what we can to accommodate you.

  1. Just had to use this paper that was in one of your kits for Janis. Not what you normally see done with parts of your kit, but hey, I’m different. lol

  4. Hello Ladies,

I am the executive editor of Scrap n’ Art Magazine and I work with Candy Rosenberg who recommended your kit club to me. I am interested in running a feature on your kit club in our publication, but try as I might, I could not find an email address to contact you at.

I look forward to hearing from you.
