Some Layouts Are Forever

Andrea here!

Back in 2008, I was lucky enough to be exposed to Gauche Alchemy and the yummy delights they had to offer. Isn’t it amazing how things can stick with you? Normally, when you create a scrapbook page, you admire it for a while, stick it in a book and forget about it. When you’re flipping back through those old creations, you see things you would like to change. Things that you would do differently with your knowledge now and how the layout could be improved.

But for me there’s an exception to the rule:

The amazing thing about this layout made with the Nevermore Kit (the main kit is no longer available but we still have the Nevermore Add-On Kit in our store!), is that I have never looked at it and thought to myself “that could be better.” It’s not about the creation, it’s about the product itself. How awesome is it to put something on page randomly and have it just work? That’s how I feel when I see this page. It just works and I love it. The product that Gauche Alchemy offers can be so off-beat that you might not know what to do with it but you’ll find that everything just falls into place and it just works.

Make sure you hop over to the Gauche Alchemy shop to see how our kits can make your next page a “keeper” not a “do-over”. 😀

**Don’t forget to play along with Scrapping the Music for your chance to win a Gauche Alchemy prize pack! You have until Midnight CST on Tuesday, 6/8!
