Hi Sarah! This is a wonderful interview! I can feel your passion for what you create, that’s so important. You and Angela don’t just show up at the page and throw random things together to make Pasticcio Quartz, you live, breathe and create it, just like you both create your artworks. Hope that someday I too will be able to create artwork to inspire others. Keep doing what you do because you give so much joy in your art to so many people.

Congrats Rutheemac!  Please e-mail your mailing address to us at: gauchealchemy at cox.net.

Today I’m going to introduce to you a new monthly feature here at Gauche Alchemy.  One day every month we will be showcasing a “Theme Day”.  The Design Team will create a project based on a particular theme, tutorial or idea and we’ll share those projects with you!  For the month of April, we decided to create fun wallet-sized boxes using this tutorial for making wallets out of food boxes courtesy of RePlayGround.com.  Here’s what the fabulous Design Team created:

Andrea used card stock and our Wedding Night Mixed Media Kit to make this adorable “Ouch Pouch” to hold bandages and everything needed for the dreaded “boo-boo”:

Inside the Ouch Pouch:

Erika used our Hot For Teacher Kit and our Black Out, Pink Parts and Banana Hammock Mixed Media Color Kits for this fab wallet purse and can I just say: Love the handle! 😀

Angela used our Wholey Sheet and ACME Kits, plus a whole lot of our Mixed Media Color Kits to create this awesome ATC holder, complete with fantastic Gauche-y ATCs:

Kas used our Wholey Sheet Kit and Purple People Eater Mixed Media Color Kit to make this perfect purple-y pouch:

And she also made this rockin’ pouch with our Wholey Sheet Kit, Banana Hammock and Scarlet Fever Mixed Media Color Kits:

This too cute pouch was created by Yvonne using a Pocky box and our Scarlet Fever Mixed Media Color Kit. Mmmmmm, Pocky…

You can find this tutorial pattern on RePlayGround.com. If you make one, we’d love to see it!

Have a great day everyone! 😀
